Thank you for purchasing my limited edition street photography prints.

Ensuring you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations is very important to me. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review the return and refund policy below, and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

  • You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact us within this timeframe.

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • The artwork must be undamaged and securely packed as originally received.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

    How to Initiate a Return

    To request a return, follow these steps:

    1. Email us at info@gianpaololapaglia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.

    3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a free replacement. To arrange this, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@gianpaololapaglia.com with photos or videos of the damage or defect. We will coordinate with our print and shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly.

    We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or experiences a significant delay. Normal postage delays or delays due to customs processing do not qualify for a refund. The determination of what constitutes a significant delay is at our discretion.

    In either case, we may request the return of the product for proper disposal. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and refunds may be withheld until the returned items are received.

  • If a package is not collected by the recipient, it is considered unclaimed, and the return period does not automatically begin.

    You must notify us within 14 days from the date the package was available for collection. You will also be responsible for any return shipping costs. Failing to collect a package without informing us does not qualify as exercising your right to return.
